Abstract
58 strains producing lipase were isolated from rich oil soil. The lipase from GXL02 has the highest activity to catalyze glycerolysis of oil.Strain GXL02 was identified as Acinetobacter sp.according to its character and 16S rDNA sequence.Lipase production conditions of Acinetobacter sp.GXL02 were studied in detail. The results showed that lipase production of GXL02 depended on fat and Mg~(2+).Glucose and some other saccharide carbon sources restrained lipase production. The optimal pH and temperature of the lipase for hydrolysis of olive were pH 9.0 and 50°C respectively.Activity of lipase was no much change in 60°C for 90 min,and stable from pH 3.0 to pH 10.0.
