Abstract
Objective: Isolating lipase producing bacteria from the soil and determination of the optimum temperature and pH for enzyme activity. Methods: After enriching culture, primary screening and secondary screening,The lipase producing bacterium was isolated and its enzyme activity was assaied. Results: Successful isolated a lipase producing strain and measured its enzyme activity at different temperatures and several pH.Conclusion: 30°C,pH6.5 is the optimum conditions for the production of lipase.
