Abstract
The tourism management model of Langde Village,a minority village in Leishan County of Qiandongnan Prefecture,Guizhou Province,guarantees the interests of the local people,increases their participation,and coordinates the interests of the state,collective and individuals.It is argued that this model is helpful for the innovation of China's social management.
