Abstract
Complementarity and interaction of various property right systems are the normality and development tendency in the evolutive process of the property right systems. The mixed ownership is a kind of property system with multi-subject of property and socializational operative mode and fitting in with social production and the market economy. As the most compatible form in the market economy, generation and development of the mixed ownership possess their inevitability. It must be the fundamental tendency of the reform and development of the social property relationship in our country.
