Abstract
It analyses the operation of bill of quantities accounting pattern in bidding,illustrates from speeding up setting the inner quota system of enterprises,analyzing project budget and making correct bidding price strategy, and points out that making rational bidding price is the key to win in bidding competition for construction enterprises.
