Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of propofol combined with remifentanil infusion in the artificial abortion. Methods:Eighty early pregnant patients under the general anesthesia were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in study group received intravenous remifentanil and propofol, and these in control group received propofol alone. In study group,a bolus dose of remifentanil 1.0ug/kg was given, and in a dose of 0.15ug/kg/min was pumped during operation.Propofol of 2.0-2.5mg/kg was injected, and at 0.5-1.0mg/kg was injected according to the patients response. Results:The anesthesia efficacy of study group was superior to that of control group.A better recovery and less side effects were found in study group than those in control group. Conclusions:The propofol combined with remifentanil infusion in the artificial abortion is not only effective and safety, but also can be preformed in the out-patient econonically.
