Abstract
Objective:Explored the roots and root canal systems in the mandibular first permanent molars.Method:A case with bilateral mandibular first permanent molars with 3 mesial root canals was reported,the procedure was analysed, and related literatures were reviewed.Result:The bilateral mandibular first permanent molars in this case were filled completely after root canal therapy.Conclusion:The root and root canal variation was diverse,the clinician should pay attention to it for a higher success rate.
