Abstract
Objective To assess the CT diagnosis of pelvic fracture. Methods Fifteen cases of pelvic fracture with local pain and tenderness were examined by CT scan. All were confirmed to have no fracture or suspected fracture by X-ray.Results CT scans showed that there were 4 caes of fracture of acetabular bone,10 cases of fracture of iliac bone,2 cases of sacrococcyx fracture and 2 cases of transverse fracture of pubic bone. Conclusion CT scan was superior to x-ray film in the diagnosis of pelvic fracture. It's very valuable in making treatments, identification of forensic medicine, compensation of insurance.
