Use of FGD gypsum in wall materials

The paper introduces a kind of composite block made of concrete,slag,fly ash,and FGD gypsum as main raw material.And researches on the preparation and performance of the FGD gypsum,and analyses the fineness,setting time,2 h mechanical strength of the building gypsum.The test shows that the performance of building gypsum calcined 3.5 h at 165 ℃ is optimal.The optimal batch is 12.5 % of cement,12 % of slag,10 % of fly ash.Curing age is 7d.
