Abstract
[Objective] To understand dietary nutrition situation of college students, and to provide evidence for instructing rational diet of college students. [Methods] A total of 281 university students were selected by the method of random cluster sampling. A constructed questionnaire investigation was conducted among them and a five-day dietary survey was carried out. [Results] The result showed that innutrition rate and overweight and obesity rates of students were 45.90% and 1.78% , and prandial protein, fat, and vitamin A, B2, and calcium absorption were inadequate. [Conclusion] The nutritional status of university students is poor and the dietary pattern is unreasonable.Nutrition education for the students should be taken as soon as possible, to promote nutritious breakfast, to rationally distribute food, and to improve the nutrition and health levels of students.
