Abstract
Objective To understand the resistant genes of Acinetobactrer baumannii with multi-resistance. Methods Antibiotic susceptibility tests were performed by MIC methods, the resistant genes were amplified by PCR method. Results 2 strains of Acinetobacter baumannii were resistant to imipenem and 1 strain to intermediate; All of the strains were multi-resistance. There were 23 strains carried blaTEM, aacA4 genes, and 22 strains carried ampC genes, 22 strains carried aacC1 and aadA1 genes, 2 strains aphA1 genes, 2 strains blaPER genes, and 3 strains carried blaOXA-23 genes. Conclusion Acinetobacter baumannii with multi-resistance genes carring ampC, blaPER, blaOXA-23, aacA4, aacC1 and aadA etc. can cause the multi-resistance of drugs.
