The Motivation,Connotation and Implementation Mechanism of Constructing Public-Service-Oriented Government

Now,China is in a new period of economic transition and social transformation.Under the decentralized system,the growth-oriented government brings about the development imbalance featured by the rapid economic growth and inadequate supply of public services.So,local governments should accelerate changing from economic-growth-oriented government to public-service-oriented government.According to the connotation of constructing public-service-oriented government,and fitting the characteristics of China′s political and economic system,the paper designs the implementation mechanism of constructing public-service-oriented government,in order to provide a reference for related research.
