On the Connotation of China's Service-oriented Government and Its Construction

With the economic and social development in China,the traditional mode and concept of government management has increasingly unadapted to the developing demand of the times.Building the service-oriented government is the requirement of China's economic and social coordinative development,the inevitable choice of China's market-oriented process of reform and the need to adapt to the economic globalization as well.To construct a service-oriented government,we should establish a human-oriented management philosophy,perfect the system to open administrative affairs,build and improve the system of public finance,transform the government functions and clear their positioning,promote the public service-oriented market and establish a scientific performance assessment system of government.
