Abstract
In order to determine rational steam injection parameters for horizontal wells in thin heavy oil reservoirs and to improve production response,this paper analyzes the mechanism of steam injection,employs reservoir engineering methods,presents methods and equations for determining steam injection parameters,and provides field follow-up comparative analysis.This study provides basis for steam allocation and is of certain significance to improving thin heavy oil reservoir development response by horizontal wells.
