Clinical efficacy of Xiao Jianzhong decoction combined with dietotherapy on stomachache of deficiency cold of spleen and stomach type

Abstract

Objective To observe the therapeutic treatment of Xiao Jianzhong decoction combined with dietotherapy on stomachache of deficiency cold of spleen and stomach type.Methods Sixty two cases with stomachache of deficiency cold of spleen and stomach type in our hospital from January 2009 to May 2011 were randomly divided into research group(n=31) and control group(n=31),the cases in the control group were treated with Xiao Jianzhong decoction for treatment,the treatment group supplemented dietotherapy.After 4 weeks treatment,the treatment effects were evaluated.Results The total effective rate was 93.55% in the treatment group,and 70.97% in the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Xiao Jianzhong decoction combined with dietotherapy has definite therapeutic effect on stomachache of deficiency cold of spleen and stomach type.
