Some Issues in Construction of Tujia Study

It was in the late 1990s when a group of scholars in research of Tujia first called for the construction of Tujia study.These scholars chose a good timing considering the development of Tujia,the researches on Tujia,and Party's ethnic policies.Tujia study is a branch of Chinese ethnology or anthropology whose logical starting point and research object is Tujia people,with its own objective definition,disciplinary structure and logical framework.Of course,some problems still exist in constructing Tujia study but worth our efforts.
