Abstract
A method of LC for the determination of dimethomorph and iprodione in 40%SC was developed.The determination was conducted based on Inertsil ODS-3 C_(18) column,methanol-acetonitrile-water(pH was regulated with acetate to about 3.0)(35:35:30 by vol) as mobile phage,and detection wave length of 220 nm.The result demonstrated that the correlation coefficients of dimethomorph and iprodione were 0.999 7 and 0.999 8;the variation coefficients were 0.34%and 0.39%;the average recoveries were 99.68%and 99.21%,respectively.The method is simple,rapid,accurate and suitable for analysis of this kind of multiplex confected preparation.
