Abstract
Government regulation is the indispensable arrangement of the modern market economy. All sorts of problems in Chinese medical market are caused bythe lack of optimized government rules and regulations, which has led to government failure. Therefore, the successful reform of Chinese medical industry in the future lies in the improvement and optimization of government regulation system during the advancement of market-based reform.
