Evaluation on Development of Agricultural Circular Economy and Optimizing Countermeasure of Jilin Province

Abstract

Based on the 4R principle of agricultural circular economy,the paper established the evaluation index system of agricultural circular economy development from the economic and social output,resource reduction,resource recycling and resources and environmental safety.A comprehensive evaluation of agricultural circular economy from 1990 to 2008 in Jilin Province was made by using entropy coefficient.The results showed that: agricultural circular economy of Jilin Province from 1990 to 2008 experienced the stages of stagnation,slow increase and rapid development.The level of agricultural circular economy was continuing enhancing.The influence degree of obstacles on agricultural circular economy in sequence of resources reduction input,resources cyclic utilization and economic and social development in 2008 of Jilin Province.Finally,according to the evaluation results,the optimal regulation countermeasures of development agricultural circular economy were proposed.
