Abstract
[Objective] To establish the capillary gas chromatography for the determination of organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables.[Methods]The samples were extracted by acetone, and determined by temperature-programmed gas chromatography with OV-1701fused silica capillary column.[Results]In the determination of 12 kinds of organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables, the method had the wide linear range (0.05~5 μg/ml) and good linear correlation (r=0.9958~0.9996), reproducibility was good (RSD=2.2%~11.8%), and the detection limit was 0.003~0.01μg/ml.[Conclusion]The method is accurate and rapid, and has high sensitivity.
