Reflections on the Property Right of State-owned Enterprises

Based on analyzing the connotation of property right, this paper discusses the irregularity of state-owned enterprise system, proposes that both disassembling and unifying the state-owned property right should be beneficial. It also suggests different ways, such as, establishing dual consignment and agency partnership, setting up effective restriction stimulation mechanism, to implement state-owned property right's disassembling.
