On Power Restrict and Administrative Supervision

Abstract
Administrative supervision is supervision on government. It is supervision and controls the power of government by more politics main body. Since reform and open our country has reformed the system of government through descending the administrative power and the corruption spread meanwhile. It is the main way for achievement of power criterion and democracy. This article describes the analysis frame of administrative supervision and the theory of administrative supervision is researched thoroughly. It is emphasized that the power and supervision should correspond.
