Thinking on Administrative and Legal Supervision System of China

There are some defects on the administrative and legal supervision system in China.Principles of supervising with the law,independent harmony,scientific effectiveness,procedure,right assurance and the principle of accordance of right and liability should be carried out to improve our administrative supervision system.The supervision on the administrative power could be strengthened by building scientific and rational administrative supervision,improving special administrative supervision,carrying out judicial independence,forming systematic social and legal supervision system,carrying out the main role of the Chinese People's Congress in administrative and legal supervision system.
