Abstract
Based on an analysis of the cultural prosperity of A hurdred schools of thought contend and afterward cultural declination during the period of Spring and Autumn and Warring States.The author suggests the relationship between culture and politics from the historical point of view.He believes that too much political interferences will result in negative influence on cultural development.And then,he stresses a way in which culture can develop soundly and play a positive role.
