Abstract

Firstly the importance of construction projects on oil gas pipelines as pipeline industry was introduced in this paper.Then the control and management of construction projects of oil gas pipelines were mainly discussed,including the control of progress of long-distance pipelines,HSE rules,quality control of the project,the quality assurance and control on the spot of construction and the cost control of construction respectively.
