Quality control technology of oil and gas pipeline constructed in tunnel

Abstract

Pipeline transportation of oil,natural gas is economic,efficient and safe transportation method,and the main part that ensure the safety of the pipeline transportation is the process of quality control of various processes in the oil and gas pipeline construction process.In the national oil and gas pipeline construction projects in the recent years;,there is some tunnel crossing constructions,and the tunnel construction is often the key to quality control points,combined with the Lan-zheng-chang oil pipeline project and Second pipeline of West-East natural gas transmission project as well as the Myanmar oil and gas pipeline project which are currently used the technology constructed in tunnel.This paper discusses about the process of quality control of various processes of tunnel crossing in the oil and gas pipeline construction process and how to reduce construction costs and to improve the construction schedule.
