Abstract
Objective:To provide anatomic data for the treatment of thoracic nerve root diseases. Methods:Thoracic spinal nerve roots were observed and measured on 30 adult cadaver specimens. Results:The diameter of dorsal root was larger than the equivalent anterior one,T 1 nerve root being the biggest one in length and diameter among all thoracic nerve root. Conclusion:The dorsal roots especially T 1,are easy to be damaged.
