Abstract
After the 15th Party Congress ,in theoritical circles of our country,start to discuss all sorts of problems on distribution according to essential factor of production,there is a sort of viewpoint,it holds that distribution according to work originally belongs to distribution according to essential foctor of production,original viewpiont that think of distribution according to essential factor of production as conflicting with distribution according to work is theoritical error area.This article holds different opinion to this niewpoint,thinks that distribution according to essential factor of production doesn't inclued distribution according to work,they have essential difference.
