Abstract

The heated issue in Chinese Academia on the relationship between value creation and distribution has been annotated and its significance been pointed out. These two factors not only differ from but also are related with each other. Understanding their differences and separations under certain historical conditions is the crux to comprehend the executive system of combining the distribution according to work with production factor in China. While, understanding their relationship and logical unity is the key to adhere to socialist system and develop Marx's labor theory of value.
