Abstract

Under new historic conditions of reform and open,new situations and problems in ideological and political work in enterprise occurred.Only by constant improvement and innovation,can ideological and political work get adapt to the change of objective environment.Combined with present new features of ideological and political work in enterprise,we presented the principle of orientation to human,and the idea,method and approach of ideological and political work.
