Abstract
Reliability is an important performance index of the ground-to-air missile weapon system. Different subsystems have different reliability models. Simulation is an efficient approach to reliability research for missile weapon systems. Based on the composition, operating states and operating process of a typical ground-to-air missile weapon system, reliability logical relation, mathematical model and simulation model are built, and the software is worked out .Under a tactical hypothesis, reliability index of the weapon system is gained and the result indicates that the operational demand can be satisfied.
