Abstract

According to involute helical gear formation principle,introduces a method to establish relative accuracy of involute helical gear model by Pro/E software,the method is relatively simple,the model is closer to actual tooth profile,and to lay foundation for motion simulation and optimization of helical gear drive mechanism.
