Abstract
In this paper,based on the Pro/E operation system for 3D parameterized design of involute helical gear,the relationship established the basic parameters of helical gear geometry size and modulus,tooth number etc.On this basis,using Pro/E software to sketch,mirror,scan-ning and array command,get the 3D solid model of helical gear,and the virtual assembly of helical gear,the realization of parametric design.This method is useful to improve the accuracy of design manufacturing and mechanical analysis.
