Abstract

To develop a strategic emerging industry is required to realize the emission reduction target in 2020 and would be a breakthrough to exchange the economic development mode. With the analysis on the development status and existed problems of the Hebai Provincial strategic emerging industry, the proposals on the development countermeasure of the Hebei Provincial strategic emerging industry were provided.
