Abstract
The relative analysis on altitude and main chemical composition of Qujing fule-cured tobacco leaves was carried out.The results showed that the altitude was an important factor,which influenced tobacco chemical compositions,under the same cultivation condition.There had some conclusions that:the correlations of total sugar and reducing sugar with the altitude were positive(P0.05);the nicotine and total nitrogen were negatively correlated with the altitude(P0.05);in 1400-1600 m it can produce good quality tobacco,the aroma concentration,harmony between major chemical components,hence,the usability of flue-cured tobacco would be better when the tobacco was planted at moderately higher altitude.This article researched the relationship of different elevation and chemical compositions in flue-tobacco through chemical experiments.
