The Road to New Industrialization of Service Industry in Western China

It is an important task for the relatively backward western China to take the road to new industrialization.Many experts'researches show that the relationship between the development of industrializationand service industry is mutual promotion.Therefore,the industrializationof the western China's services is important for the western China's industrialization.This paper provides five strategies of the road to the industrializationof western China's services:1.circular economy strategy;2.characteristic strategy;3.industrializationand its grouping strategy;institutional reform strategy;human capital strategy.
