In Qing dynasty the legislations of Mongolia were emphasized.On the number and quality,it is nonesuch in all of nation legislation in history.From the polestar and principle,can find inheritance from history and innovation of Qing dynasty,as well as find success causes of legislations of Mongolia in Qing dynasty.
