Abstract
The Mongolian policy of the middle and early Qing Dynasty is to inherit the policy of formers.On this basis the emperor of Kangxi courageously expanded the traditional policy in the early Qing dynasty.It not only had the idea of the big and unification of each to unify the country including each Mongolia,but also carried on the valid governance towards Mongolia who obeyed Qing governance.Through political,economic,and cultural unification,The Qing Government enhanced the integration of the Mongolia and other nationalities under the reign of Qing central government.The most important contribution made by Qing Government's Mongolia policy is that it turned the old idea of the world into the idea of country in the modern sense.
