Abstract
As the advanced state of human society in political life and the civilization achievements achieved by man in political practice,political civilization is an integrated system centering round system construction including the ruling Party's politics,democratic politics and the law-ruling politics.The nature of political civilization is to carry out the ruling of political structure,political activities and political system by law.Therefore,the development of political civilization will naturally promote the development of the modernization of legal system.
