Abstract

Energy efficiency in rural residential building is one of the most important issues of the integral building energy-saving work.In this paper, the investigation and measurement of rural residential building envelope in Fangshan district in Beijing were carried out,and a great deal of statistical and measured data was obtained.Furthermore,the detailed discussion on building envelope structure and indoor environment was presented.Based on the combination of investigation and measurement results and simulation analysis,the more effective and accurate results for energy consumption simulation of rural residential building was achieved.It was expected to provide reasonable reference for energy efficiency analysis and retrofit design for this kind of building.
