Abstract
Objective To explore the significance of P-selectin expressed in circulating blood in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH).Methods The expression of P-selectin were detected by flow cytometry in 30 PIH patients,20 normal pregnant patients and 15 normal controls. Results The level of P-selectin in PIH patients(18.63±8.92)% was significantly higher than that of normal pregnant group(3.25±1.73)%(P0.01) and that of control group(2.78±1.04)%(P0.01).Conclusion The active PIH patients have highly-expressed P-selectin in circulating blood.
