Abstract
By using fi nite element software ANSYS,dynamics analysis of rotator system in decanter centrifuge was carried out.With the idea of equivalently transforming the rotary inertia of inner rotator and fl uids into that of outer rotator by changing the density of outer rotator,net classifi cation with high quality was fulfi lled.From the result of model analysis,six inherent frequencies of the model were determined,and the vibration shapes relevant to these frequencies were discussed.Then,the critical rotating speed was,then,calculated.The analysis method presented herein could be referenced later in stiffness analysis of rotator system in the same kind of decanter centrifuge.
