Abstract

As the CPC Central Committee and the State Council have made a strategic decision to build China into an innovation-oriented country,we should foster high level innovation-oriented talents training,giving full play to the initiative and creativity ability of scientific and technological talents.Vocational colleges are cradles for training high skilled talents for socialism construction.This paper analyses the meaning and qualities of innovation-oriented skilled talents and discussed how to cultivate innovation-oriented talents on the vocational education bases of Western China.
