Clinical observation of tripterygium glycosides treating purpura nephritis in children

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of tripterygium glycosides treating purpura nephritis in children.Methods 90 children with purpura nephritis were randomly divided into the observation group(n=45) and the control group(n=45) from August 2009 to September 2012 in our hospital.The observation group was given tripterygium glgcosides on the basis of general treatment therapy and the control group was given general treatment therapy.Results The total effective rate(95.56%) of the observation group was significantly higher than that(80.00%) of the control group;the extinction time of hematuresis,proteinuria,edema and hypertension in the observation group was significantly shorter than those in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of tripterygium glycosides treating purpura nephritis in children is exact.It is worthy to be popularized.
