Abstract
Unit Crime is defined in \%The 97 Criminal Code.\% The definition and punishment to the crime are offered in the general principle of the code. Out of the 413 accusations, 128(nearly 31 percent) could be classified as unit crimes. Based on a description of the law\|making concerning unit crime, the present paper offers a systematic study on the subject, scope, foundation of penalty and system of sentence so as to get control over unit crimes effectively.
