Abstract
Objective:To investigate the relationship between the expression of Kras,c-myc and their role in the occurrence and development of lung carcinoma. Methods:The expression of K-ras and c-myc was detected by immunohistochemistry in 53 patients with pulmonary carcinoma and 19 cases of normal lung tissue(NLT ).Results:There was an extensive expression of K-ras and c-myc in tumor cells(TC);Difference was not found in groups of pathological types(P0.01) and tumor size(P0.05).The expression of K-ras and c-myc in TC was both correlated with differentiated degree of lung cancer(P0.05);In lung carcinoma with lymph node metastasis, there was a significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion:K-ras and c-myc participate in the occurrence and development of lung carcinoma.
