Clinical research on treatment of liver fibrosis with chronic hepatitis B with Danhong injection combine with Ganlixin injection

Objective To investigate treatment of liver fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B with Danhong injection combined with Ganlixin injection.Methods 192 cases of liver fibrosis in chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into treatment group(110 patients) treated with Danhong injection combined with Ganlixin injection and control group(82 patients) treated with Ganlixin injection.The serum hyaluronic acid(HA),serum procollagen type Ⅲ(PC-Ⅲ),laminin(LN),Ⅳ collagen(Ⅳ-C),liver function and clinical effects were observed.Results The serum fibrosis markers and liver function of treatment group decreased significantly,and albumin of treatment group were significantly increased,compared with that of control group(P0.05).Conclusion Danhong injection and Ganlixin injection can effectively reduce and delay the occurrence and development of hepatic fibrosis,hepatic fibrosis and liver function and significant improvement in treatment of chronic Hepatitis B.
