Abstract
Relevant laws of land expropriation in our country only stipulate that the state may expropriate land only for the public interests.There is not a clear definition of public interests,resulting in the damage of interests of the land owner and user in the process of land expropriation.In this paper,by analyzing the public interests,to find a reasonable way to define the public interests on land expropriation.
