Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical diagnostic significance of echocardiography to left ventricular hypertrophy complicated with left ventricular failure.Methods:50cases with left ventricular hypertrophy complicated with left ventricular failure were selected as the observation group,50 cases of the normal population of the same age were selected as the control group, they underwent echocardiography for comparison.Results:1.LVPWd of the observation group were thicker than the control group, diference in LVDd,LADd wide,LVEF low,A quick peak,E peak slow, low E/A values were significant(P0.05);2.The higher NYHA classification of the observation group, the thicker LVPWd is,the wider LVDd and LADd are, lower the LVEF is,and sooner the A peak sooner, but slower the E peak, the lower E/A value is,the difference were all significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Echocardiography is valuable for the diagnosis of left ventricular hypertrophy complicated with left ventricular failure, and also for the assessment of cardiac function.
