Abstract
Through the analysis of development, tendency and problems existing in draft gears of heavy haul freight cars in our country and abroad, in combination with the research on the transport test results of heavy haul trains on Daqin Line, suggestions are given on the selection of main performance parameters, testing and evaluation method for draft gears of heavy haul railway freight cars in our country.
